(1) Protecting the assets of the trust by managing the day-to-day operations of the trust, There shall be an Executive Secretary of the Gazetted Special Grade of the Civil Service to supervise.

(2) The Executive Secretary will be the chief administrative officer working full time of the Trust.

(3) Other duties of the Executive Secretary, Duties and rights shall be as prescribed.
